Finally, a safe space
for your mind to rest.

Finally, a safe space for your mind to rest.

If you’ve spent years caring for everyone else, putting yourself last, and feeling trapped by anxious or obsessive thoughts—you’re not alone.

Living with high anxiety or obsessive thoughts can feel exhausting, frustrating, and isolating.

Many of my clients have faced complex trauma in childhood, leaving patterns of people-pleasing, self-neglect, and relentless worry. You may know the weight of putting everyone else first, while your own needs and feelings fade into the background.

But it doesn’t have to be this way. Healing is possible.

You deserve support, clarity, and calm.

You can learn to calm your mind, understand your emotions, and set boundaries without guilt. You can reclaim a sense of ease in your daily life and reconnect with yourself—without feeling overwhelmed or judged.

Taking the first step toward therapy doesn’t have to feel daunting. I offer a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can explore your mind, uncover what drives your anxiety, and start creating lasting change.

Modalities Used To Support Anxiety, OCD, and Trauma

Exposure and Response Prevention
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is considered the gold standard for treating anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). This approach gently guides you to face feared thoughts, situations, or triggers while learning to resist the urge to engage in compulsive behaviors. Over time, this process helps reduce anxiety, build resilience, and restore a sense of control over your daily life.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) focuses on helping you develop a healthier relationship with your thoughts and emotions. Instead of fighting or avoiding difficult experiences, ACT teaches you how to acknowledge them with compassion while staying grounded in your values. Through this approach, you learn to move toward meaningful action even when discomfort or uncertainty is present.
Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) is a specialized approach often used for OCD that works by strengthening your trust in reality-based thinking. It helps you identify how doubt and imagined possibilities override what you actually know to be true. By shifting focus from “what if” thinking to grounded reasoning, I-CBT supports clearer decision-making and reduced obsessive rumination.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) supports healing from trauma and distressing life experiences. This structured approach helps the brain process painful memories in a safe and guided way, reducing their emotional intensity and allowing new, healthier associations to form. Many clients find EMDR helpful in releasing patterns rooted in past experiences that continue to affect the present.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) blends mindfulness with practical skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. This approach is especially helpful for individuals who experience intense emotions or struggle with relationships. DBT offers concrete tools for building stability, self-compassion, and balanced responses to life’s challenges.
