My own journey with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) deeply shaped the way I practice today. I know firsthand how overwhelming, confusing, and isolating these struggles can be — especially when it feels like no one truly understands what you’re going through.

During my search for help, I encountered well-meaning professionals who simply didn’t recognize the complexity of the obsessive-compulsive cycle — particularly how mental compulsions can quietly but powerfully steal your time, energy, and joy.

I also discovered how often treatment fell short, relying too heavily on “talk therapy” without offering the practical, effective tools that truly make a difference.

That experience lit a fire in me.
