What types of clients do you work with?
I work with adults who struggle with anxiety, OCD, overthinking, and trauma-related symptoms. Many of my clients are high-achieving, self-aware individuals who feel stuck in cycles of worry or self-doubt and want to finally find peace of mind.

As you make progress, we may adjust frequency based on your needs and goals.

Our first session is focused on understanding what’s been happening in your life, what you’d like to change, and what’s been getting in the way. Together, we’ll start building a clear plan for therapy so you leave with direction—not uncertainty.
I currently offer virtual therapy for clients throughout Pennsylvania. Online sessions make it easier to fit therapy into your life while still getting expert, personalized care.

I use evidence-based, results-driven methods like I-CBT, ACT, DBT, and EMDR to help you make real progress—not just talk about it. My approach gets to the root causes of anxiety and obsessive thinking, helping you feel calm, confident, and in control again.
